It's easy, just tell her to grind on it. Ok, maybe it would be easier if you had Young-R's voice to say it. The Macon, GA resident has already had all the accomplishments an unsigned talent strives for: working with major artist (Lil' Wayne, Plain White Ts to name a few), being featured on stage (showcases by Young Dro), and perform in a memorable event of their career (halftime of Falcons vs. Packers game), and he's still looking for more.
