With "Amanda Bynes" and "A La Mode" creating a powerful bizz, west coast artist Kidd Upstairs drops KVSHMIR. As always Upstairs gives us a top to bottom solid mixtape with a nice mix of his own infectious beats with some industry heavyweights Cornerboy Musik, grammy nominated Cardiak and Harry Fraud. What sticks out to us is his ability to switch between flows fluently like a second language; this talent shows on the self produced "Waffles" which is reminiscent popular trap music genre in rap now but has it's on Kidd touch to it. Our choice track, however, has to be "Corporate" with labelmates X.O. and Farid Xan which has to be the smoothest crew tracks we've heard all year. Make sure to download the mixtape below.
