On Voiceless Music Radio this past Thursday, we ended the show with high energy duo Doc & Fame. And while we got the freestyle, the dope drops of "Deja Vu" and "My Roots", it was the fact we got the exclusive hard copy of the impressive Arcadium that we are calling now... a early nominee favorite for Mixtape Of The Year.
From 1-5, the title track, Unchain Me, Unpredictable, Deja Vu and the pulse pounding Congo, 845's finest literally drive you on a collision course of lyricism and hard pounding sound remiscient to the Method Man & Redman before them. But our favorite standout track has to be the smooth, seductive "Crazy Lately" which to us deserves treatment for a video.
