Still in full grind mode as he continues to work on his soon to be released mixtape, THE DROUGHT IS OVER, E. Ness releases the new video to his second single "My Chopper." Set in Southwest Philly, the video was shot by rising film director Bomb, with creative direction from Newt A&R. Check it out here.
