Regardless of your taste in music, it is relevant that Chicago's music scene is on fire.
And while are but so many artists we can feature, today's is distinct to the sample Tobi Lou uses for his single. While Mickey Factz may have reignited our love for the video game Contra on "8 Bit Dreams", it's Tobi's single today that makes us realize how much the game and its music was ahead of its time.
And that Tobi may be ahead of his time well.
