Longtime collaborator with Voiceless Music, Louie Da 13th has had his hands in everything: artist management, promotion, motion pictures/films and even showcase booker alongside DJ Mainstream. 

But now the I.C.E. President is now bringing his expertise in music including his ThisIs50 connect to our next showcase, #TheNewIndie! 

Rumor has it Louie also wants to choose an artist for music distribution exclusively through his I.C.E. movement! How’s that for a judge?
