#WVMR Update: Shenaya & DJ Sweat The Gentleman Joins WVMR as Show #25!

After making the announcement that WVMR is the new Radio Home for the Independent, the creative minds of the indie scene has come together to create something special for their own brands. 6 months in and we already have another one!

180 days ago, WVMR started with 5 shows: The Pulse Of New York, The Daily Talk, Lyve Lyfe Radio, Darkside Radio & ENY Talk Radio... 

180 days later, Shenaya and the ever-so-dapper man behind the wheels, DJ Sweat The Gentleman comes to the station with a brand new show!


The Platform is looking to be your plug for all things music and entertainment, every Wednesday at 4pm as our historic 25th show on our station!
Alongside our bi-weekly shows, Runner Up Radio & Live In Da ART House, and our weekly shows Mixxy Room and Wavy Wednesdays,  The Platform joins a talented cast of shows WVMR already has to offer and we've have once again completed one of our week day schedule, this time for Wednesdays!

You can tune into a new The Platform show, weekly Wednesdays starting 
February 1st at 4pm ONLY ON WVMRadio.net, the Radio Home for the Independent!

Two of WVMR's Monday Night Shows Launch Their Websites!

With a recent revamp of the physical station, WVMR continues to be leaps and bounds over its radio competition! But two of its 26 shows, preferably on it's #MustSeeMonday  block, have took it up a notch!  One name change and a few hosts later, Katie Kay 's late night 'raw' talk show, Monday Night Rawrr turns its former LNK Radio upstart into a full website brand!
