But the "Love's Taken Over" singer has risen like a phoenix as she prepares for her 7th studio recording. Aptly named The Rising Of The Phoenix, Chante looks to not only primes to return to prominence but also bring back true R&B. 

Back after 4 years, the new single drops today as she aims for her 21st charting single. Check out "Real One" below.
