1 Year with FLOTUS

Wow, it has been a complete year since I, Anthony Obas, interviewed these groovy individuals.

Sean Ferguson, Blake Trexler, Eric Thompson, and Ryan Spencer Mckeown are members of a dope, Syracuse band called F.L.O.T.U.S, the First Lads of The United States. This group can do almost any genre. From rock&roll to hip-hop, these guys do it all. Why? Because each one of them appreciate music! They study it, and you can hear it in their music and see it in their performance.

Last year, around this time, I interviewed these guys and the only song that was available to listen to was Cinnabon, which is still one of my favorite songs til this day! Now a year later, they got a whole EP coming out on February 16th , called Sundance, and it will be available on all streaming platforms. Wow! These boys have been working and I'm proud of them.

So, it was only right for me to sit down and see the progression of the group to Sundance. This interview wouldn't have been possible without 11th Street editor, Miles Frankyln. a rising sophomore at Syracuse University, and their F.L.O.T.U.S manager,Elise Marlin! Much love to you guys both.

Without further a due, I present to you:1 Year with F.L.O.T.U.S!
