Scorpio P - Street Food (EP Review)

By any means necessary should be the slogan for the Queens MC known as Scorpio P. But from early beginnings at York College to becoming the host of one of the hottest rising radio shows on WVMR radio station, the talent Mr. Williams seems to see no stop sign as he releases his sophomore project, Street Food.

Regardless of its simplistic meaning (as explained on WVMR's Zoo Tuesdays) or conscious style, Street Food impresses with a careful beat selection and a rhyme style that seems to fall on deaf ears in this current Rap music climate.

And between the harmonic 2017 'Brenda's Got A Baby' in "Mothers Son" to the soul searching melodic "Moonlight Theory", you can only wish P give us a little more than a seis pistas EP. But fortunately for you, you can be happy to know its our choice, "One For The Ages", a boom-bastic 90s time travel banger that no only hope its a single but overall gives us hope for a trifecta of greatness.

Check out the full project below and hear the aforementioned track in rotation on WVMR today!
