Independent music often lacks one essential thing when releasing visuals.. a story line . No matter how elaborate the story line may be seeing an artist do more than just standing in different locations rapping along to their song is a nice change!  The newest artistry is brought to you by SpecialT and Ru$ Grey in the video for their single " New Attitude ". Though the majority of the video is a tradition independent showing, personally I find the most engaging part to be the beginning and end of the video. The cameo by Voiceless Music owner, John Ari Caul ,   is a nice touch as well.  The video doesn't fail to exceed expectations when compared to the single itself. The song goes hard and, in my opinion, the video goes even harder!  Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comment section!

This week on   The Pulse Of New York   featuring  DJ Mainstream, DJ Mastermind and  Lady Sen ... Before The Pulse of New York , Voiceless Music Radio was THE hit radio show on Thursday nights. But on May 26, 2016, all that changed... And the important players were present:  2016 Voiceless Music Awards winner S-ROCK 2016 Voiceless Music Awards winner  Special T 2016 Voiceless Music showcase winner  LoyalTC and  2015 Voiceless Music Awards winner  Bizzy  Bee ... It was a night in radio history that the industry will never forget... It's  Episode #15 w/ The Pulse Of New York: The Night Radio Was Changed Forever / The Birth of WVMR LIVE  at 10pm  TONIGHT  ONLY ON WVMRadio.net & WVMR NY app ! 

With the lights of Amarachi Lounge on bright, the 2016 Voiceless Music Awards was live and in effect as all the nominees, presenters, and the illustrious radio shows on WVMR was present! And while the lights were on bright, SQMG stood tall as the Bronx natives once again claimed the SQUAD (Best Group/Label) Award once again while snatching up the Video Of The Year award! But it was ICMG/2 Deep who saw JR take home Vocalist of the Year and MC Kony Brooks who came home with not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 Voiceless Music Awards as he sets the record for most one night wins missing the Breakout Artist award which was won by Special T .  Check out the full results below at our History of Voiceless Music Awards link! Young in age, but a true 'old soul' at heart musically, the "Disintegration" singer has started to make waves. So with the release of the his newest EP,  Heathen , the rising star has decided to release a remix to one of his more popular tracks with 2016 Voiceless Music Awards nominee SpecialT .  Check out the remix to "Cant' Complain" below.

And with the awards coming, means the nominations are here!  For the next few weeks,  every Monday , we will drop 2 categories for you to vote on once all categories have been released.  Please note, these nominations are based on Voiceless Music’s posts, music, and content from 2015. Today, we start continue witj revealing the nominees for the  2016 Breakout Artist of The Year … From Humble Beginnings to now, SpecialT With his 2nd nomination , Leon Marin His lead ing 3rd nomination, Zeke Jaye With his 2nd ever Voiceless Music Awards nomination, Kony Brooks For his first nomination, Jimmy Valentime and finally The Messiah himself,  X Again, please note, these nominations are based on Voiceless Music’s posts, music, and content from 2015. This past week on Voiceless Music Radio on FLOEMpireRadio.com... We had Bumpe, Real and SpecialT on the show as they represented the Headz Up Studios out of Astoria, New York. And it was truly a gem dropper, as they spoke on how engineers and producers handle artists. Also SpecialT spoke on having mentors such as Real and our very own DJ Mainstream , and how he's become a better artist.  Also on the show, Dyme Unique , brand consultant and events coordinator, who spoke on her upcoming fashion show!  Dyme also spoke on our Voiceless Corner topic of 'running off on plugs' while Bizzy Bee was live to back her up.  Do you agree with our guests in regards to how Plies and other artists have taken the idea of running on plugs too far? SpecialT is making all the right moves towards the future including a possible partnership with our very own DJ Mainstream on an upcoming project. But the Queens based MC has learned from his trials and tribulations in the past to come back stronger than ever. So it’s only right that after he got his “Juice Back” , SpecialT decides to tell the story of a dark time in his career as he transitions from then to now. A true story of overcoming personal odds, check out T’s new single “Spiraling” below. 

This past week on Voiceless Music Radio with DJ Mainstream, DJ Mastermind, and Lady Sen for her birthday! The OG Ninja was on the show and discussed all things Do Or Die Tour  including bringing up the legendary Wasteman , his longtime producer. From road stories, their thoughts on the future of music, and of course, some dope tracks from the Ninja himself, it was an overall great interview.  Also on the show, S Rock stopped by to discuss his upcoming shows all over May and into June including his place in our next showcase as a judge!
