Saay Park - Cool

During our lofty hiatus, the music game has once again grown. While most singers, crooners, and vocalists begin to genre-bend more commonly than not, one of the originators of the practice maintains his consistency at while being on top of his game. So with a possible new full length project on the way, former multi-time awards winner Saay Park drops off his new single to the blog just in time for the bright days of Summer.  Intertwining some country-like elements with tones of JT ( pre-arrest )  Saay brings some much needed mellow harmonies to the world on this love-struck new song. Check out "Cool" below and now streaming on all platforms !

Punky The Singer: Superwoman

In the world of R&B, it has become more of a focus on lyrical ability (because everybody wanna be a rapper) than vocal ability. So in an era where tones are forgotten, R&B songstress Punky The Singer seems to be the last of her kind as she continues to display that impressive 90s-like mood to her music.  With today's feature, Punky definitely gets in her bag as she puts up her own personal Bat-signal as she is looking to throw on the cape for the right one. A cadence similar to Jhene Aiko , the Boston native gives them a taste of what R&B's newest vigilante has to come. A follow-up to her previously dropped single "I Need", check out her latest, sultry release "Superwoman" below. Use this link to purchase, stream, and enjoy the new single on all platforms.

Michael Bostic - A LOVE Story, Chapter 2 (EP Review)

Good R&B music has unusually been touch and go in the music industry as of late. But that’s nothing new as more crooners have started to become MCs. The conundrum is not all singers can be spittas (sorry); however, Michael Bostic is the rarity. Since dropping A L.O.V.E. Story, Chapter 1 almost 4 years ago, we’ve clamored for the Queens native to give us more bedroom boom. Today, the wait is over, as we turn the page on Chapter II . I have long stated that Bostic is your traditional R&B artist in an untraditional era. So when you hear the first song and first single, “Bad”, you should automatically be transported back into the 90s/2000s era where the music that was released made the genre great. No over sexualized terms or buzz words, just simplistic harmony that could be heard on mainstream radio today. That also holds true to the EP’s latest single, as Bostic   'talks that talk' with “Dangerous”, which it could EASILY be placed into WBLS rotation today if they ex...

Tanya Nolan - Pace Yourself (feat. Raheem Devaughn)

2023 should be all about prospering and doing better than we all have last year. But with 24 days already into the new year, not everyone understands patience and build up. Some rush... some pace themselves. It's the definition of today's R&B feature from Texas native Tanya Nolan debuting on our website today. The resident chart topper is riding high since cracking Billboard Top 25 with her "My Best (Remix)" with the legendary CeeLo Green .  But in today's write-up, featuring fellow chart topping award winning crooner Raheem Devaughn , Houston's finest delivers on this mood setter focusing on enjoying the moment and the intimacy with your partner.  While most rush, there's no real need hurry passion... just need to "Pace Yourself". Check out Tanya's new single below.

BeMyFiasco - U And I (Official Music Video)

R&B carries a different type of weight when it comes to music. Music from the heart and the soul, that good love song will put you in a mood like no other. " I actually felt stuck in the writing process [for this song]. It took Tay some additional convincing and the magic of our pens to complete the record. The addition of Devin Morrison on the backgrounds was also a surprising final touch. It is now the most popular song on the album. I can't say it was one specific relationship that sparked the creation of this song but a culmination of them all.  Continuing to set that bar is Dallas native BeMyFiasco,  who is currently pushing her debut album Where I Left You , to drive that pursuit of the old adage 'love and happiness'. Maybe she can find that in her video co-star, Wu-Tang: An American Saga actor Marcus Callendar ?!  Either way, the songstress gives us a lil' Vivian Green on this latest release that is sure to caress your ears.  Check out the Felicia Prid...

creed caldwell - Get It Right

The lines have always been blurred between the Hip-Hop and R&B market. For artists such as 6LACK , Ty Dollar $ign , and Bryson Tiller , it's about the focus on the music being delivered and less about typecasting into a genre.  Another artist looking to not be confined to a box is VA native creed caldwell . Brought to our attention by Varn Curtis , the 'lyrically soulful' multi-talented artist is currently building his career. But with singles like today, it's hard to deny what's to come. With sounds similar to the legendary  Jermaine Durpi in his tone, caldwell impresses on his single "Get It Right". Check it out below.

And then there are those that are just ready to get Isley Brothers between the sheets for the night, which is one of main focus of today's feature from resident love doctor, Russell Taylor . Speaking on behalf of the men in the world, Taylor presents an interesting argument why, no matter how bad they may be for you, you cannot resist the taste of another that can be as sweet as a cherry.  But all fruit innuendos aside, the Philly crooner once again delivers with this self-produce new lead single off his upcoming untitled new album dropping this year. Check out "Cherry" below.

Punky The Singer - Alive (Acoustic)

Back in the day, MTV held a open mic, acoustic format known as Unplugged. And while the greats such as Jay Z and Kanye West  respectfully made the short lived intimate performance one for the ages, the art of the acoustic is rarely used by the independent and up and coming artists of the world.  Recently featured Punky the Singer is looking to change that narrative.  Building up quite a resume to end 2021, and heading into 2022, the "Comfortable" singer decides to dig in her bag and focus less on the beat and more on her impressive voice as she releases a stripped down version of her newest single. Produced by TeeWatt , check out the acoustic version of Punky 's single "Alive" below.

Nefertitti - Take It Back (featuring Fat Joe)

The mainstream music scene, for quite sometime, has been missing that amazing hybrid of R&B with a mix of Hip-Hop.  From great duos of Ja and Ashanti to Nelly and Kelly , some of the best and hottest chart topping singles have had a attractive mix of vocal and lyrical ability. In comes Ohio native Nefertitti , whose on her way musically after inking with super producer Tim Kelly, as she begins her ascent with her latest single. Meko Sky - 4 Walls (featuring Nala Jay) (Official Music Video)

And as he continues to build upon his reign as former Voiceless Music Awards ' MC Of the Year.  But right behind him is a rising star in Nala Jay who, while having the experience early in her career to become a star, has stepped into her lead role since "Crusin'" dropped earlier this year. So it's only right the two labelmates connect on Meko 's latest single with today's visual. Dallis M - Let Time Pass (EP Review)

There's something to be said about an artist who is willing to break out the mold of what standard R&B is suppose to look like.. because most singers are now rappers and the genre has literally become a sub culture of what it once was. Gone are the days of Keke Wyatt, Vivian Green and Faith Evans gracing us with heartbreak, pain and opposite sex triumph. But while all music evolves, there is nothing wrong with jumping in the time machine and deliver us from evil with soul.  That sums up the delivery of Let Time Pass , the debut project and EP from Dallis M .  While this has been executive produced by Juanito Jones , that specific is an afterthought to how Dallis curated her voice to fit the Hip-Hop/Soul tone when it comes to the production she has been provided. That's evident in the lead track and title song "Let Time Pass". The same goes for the playfully "Love Me That Way" which gives listeners' Dallis more easy going tone impressing those with h...

Chantel Nicole - Here I Am (Official Music Video)

The old song lyric goes: I’ve got sunshine on a cloud day. But even though we are in the middle of the Summer months, there’s a relevancy when you look at certain artists and cannot help to smile. That is the nuclear of who Chantel Nicole is. Bright smiled and radiant, the "I Miss U" artist has taken aback with her music career focusing on her social media influence by mixing her bubbling personality and entertaining content. But with more time passing, Nicole has transformed into a graphic designer, make up artist and more... all of which came to the forefront with her re-debut to the world! Combining flavors of Janet Jackson and Keri Hilson  on the vibe, the songstress/song writer brings the energy on her newest visual. Check out "Here I Am" below.

Nala Jay - Cruisin'

It’s academic at this point that when the heatwave hit, schools out, beach open and everyone outside, the soundtrack of the summer solstice always include that one chill song. Nine times outta ten it serves as the memory of how lit the season was. Enter Sounds 2 Loud, LLC artist Nala Jay . Name sounds familiar? Well of course! She's the talentd songstress whose been linked with the multi-time Voiceless Music Awards winner Meko Sky  who has constantly been on the cusp of greatness since working with the sound of the Bronx. Fast forward, and 2021 summer is here and Nala is ready to set the tone. Like we said earlier in this post, every Summer needs that track.. that Amerie tone setter, that memorable Cassie -like vibe and that’s what Miss Jay gave up. Drop top or not, the four wheelers on tilt, it’s a Big Apple Summer and “Cruisin” is on 100.   New single out now below.

Gil - Money First (feat. Kony Brooks) (Official Music Video)

The one amazing thing we've learned since listening to the Make The Caul conversation with Meko Sky is that there is a different level of talent bred out of the Bronx. And outside of being knocked for it's distance from the other two big boros in New York, its the TALENT that overshadows the connection of the 21 bridges.  Today, that connection continues as we introduce up and coming crooner Gil who debuts on Voiceless Music with his newest visual that puts the money on the mind with the hustle of the Boogie Down. And, let's be honest, a Bronx track ain't complete without the former Mr. Voiceless Music , the one and only Kony Brooks . Check out the visual to "Money First" below.

Bridget Perez - Loosies (EP Review)

Amongst a time when we’ve been use to 12 to 15 track albums, the dope collection of artists independently have give us a small sample of what they can deliver with a project. For Bridget Perez , a 3 track opus is more than enough for you to know she’s is still one of R&B most underrated artists. Hit the bodega at 12am, it’s time for some Loosies . Perez may have been off our radar for a while, but it doesn’t mean she couldn’t bring herself back as the kick off, “Say It” harmonizes love unsaid in such a calm tone. It’s a soft, subtle way to bring us back to the love in the world, not just the sex. It’s a pitch perfect way to lead us into “Then There’s You” that shows off nothing but the Marsha Ambrosius tone that Bridget gave us almost 3 years ago when we first featured the New Yorker. It’s classy feel with a vintage filter over a bright R&B landscape. But to close, she enlists another VM vet in Sha Summers who comes through with the Method Man  vibes sprinkled with a A$AP...
